Can you believe we are just over halfway through 2021? I don’t know about you but I was really feeling the need for a midyear reset to refocus on my goals.

I'm so grateful that a friend sent me the video from Struthless on his Half Year Reset method and the workbook that goes with it. This isn't a simple journal exercise, but one that takes some time and effort. Believe me - it's worth it.

This helped me to not only reset my priorities for the rest of 2021, but I was also able to celebrate some of the smaller accomplishments I hadn't been paying attention to. This isn't a practice to beat yourself up on where you've fallen short, but to have a non-judgmental look at where you want to improve and celebrate how far you've come.
