How to Go After What You Want (psstt, it's not discipline)

Perhaps the reason you're not going after what you want has little to do with discipline and a lot more to do with how you're taking care of yourself. And more specifically, how you're taking care of your nervous system.
This is what I'm sharing today, the importance of taking care of your nervous system, followed by the steps to go after what you want:
- Get clear on what you desire and make sure it's aligned on a soul level.
- Sit with your fear and self-doubt to see how you can support yourself along the way to your goals
- Share with others and build support around you.
- Take action and build a structure to move forward.
